Job Summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a skilled Brake and Suspension Specialist to join our team. As a Brake and Suspension Specialist, you will be responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
  • Testing and installing batteries
  • Disassembling and reassembling tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding, and recalibrating TPMS components
  • Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
  • Assisting other employees
  • Test driving vehicles
  • Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
  • Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
