Our key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-requested work products, managing and training Case Assistants, communicating with clients in a clear, professional, and conscience manner, managing and overseeing a high volume of orders, and promptly checking-in records, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines for rush and urgent orders. If you have a can-do attitude, some legal background is preferred, but not required, and a proven track record of coming up with out-of-the-box solutions, we encourage you to apply.
