  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and sales, to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in retail operations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience, directly supervising a non-exempt employee population.
  • Strong familiarity with the AMIRI brand, aesthetic, and narrative.
  • Experience working locally and knowledge of local and federal labor laws.
  • Strong systems proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and general CRM and POS.
  • Additional language skills a plus.
