Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range for this position reflects a nationwide market range and encompasses a wide spectrum of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary will be influenced by various factors, including the role's scope, complexity, and location, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. Additionally, employees are eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

What Is the Opportunity?

Under general supervision and as a member of the local line of business (LOB) management team, you will be responsible for overseeing product quality and performance for a dedicated team of Outside Property claims professionals. Your role will involve providing guidance and direction to direct reports through ongoing management engagement and regular claim file assessments. You will also act as a field representative for the Home Office Property product when necessary, reinforcing LOB Vision, Strategies, and Objectives through both actions and communications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent.
  • Proactively recruiting and collaborating with management to establish and implement strategic staffing initiatives.
  • Ensuring effective orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Managing staff performance and addressing developmental needs through ongoing training and feedback.
  • Implementing effective retention strategies to manage turnover.
  • Utilizing reward systems to recognize top performers and significant achievements.

Providing Exceptional Claim Services:

  • Employing appropriate claim handling techniques to maintain brand integrity and deliver consistent service quality.
  • Developing and executing a strategic file management plan for optimal resolution and business outcomes.
  • Offering both face-to-face and written guidance to ensure engagement, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Conducting quality file reviews in accordance with best practices.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance file quality and customer service while managing costs.
