Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay during training at $16/hr, progressing to $18/hr, and potentially reaching $20/hr after initial evaluation.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This part-time role involves assisting with local marketing initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service to potential clients. There is potential for this position to evolve into a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including photos and videos, while managing our online presence across various channels.
  • Assist in the distribution of promotional materials such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and groups.
  • Participate in community events to promote our swim school.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the enrollment process for swim lessons.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in social media and basic graphic design tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
