Job Overview

**Hybrid Work Opportunity**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the coordination of real estate purchase closings.

· Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and other involved parties.

· Efficiently manage pre-closing, closing, and post-closing processes.

· Prepare, review, and authorize residential settlement statements and closing disclosures, along with other necessary closing documents.

· Facilitate the signing of closing documents as instructed by transaction parties.

· Approve disbursements in line with instructions from involved parties and relevant legal requirements.

· Ensure compliance with all documentation including contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, mortgages, deeds, and title policies.

· Assist in rectifying document deficiencies directly with clients or through legal representatives.

· Collaborate closely with the post-closing team to ensure proper recording of documents and issuance of policies.

· Gather necessary conveyance and curative documents to finalize files for closing.

· Work in partnership with all stakeholders, including back office operations, offshore support teams, clients, title agents, lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

· High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a title or closing company is preferred.

· Ability to work under general supervision.

· Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

· Experience in national purchase closings is advantageous.

· Familiarity with ResWare or similar closing software is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This position is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods. Regular communication is necessary, and the role involves using hands and fingers for typing and handling tasks. Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and printers is essential. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
