At UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), we're seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our UKG Ready Implementation Organization, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of our clients to our UKG Payroll Services (UKGPS) offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team responsible for completing tasks related to UKGPS onboarding, including collection of client information, configuration of tax codes, and coordination with UKGPS teams.
  • Work directly with clients to set up funding, register for payroll notifications, and configure tax settings.
  • Provide general training to clients on UKGPS processes and resources.
  • Finalize tax and Ready Payroll Services configuration.
  • Collect required federal and state registrations and Power of Attorney forms.
  • Maintain related fields in the Ready System – Payroll Services start widget.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience.
  • HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving change and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
