Technical Writer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced technical writer to join our team at Aquent. As a technical writer, you will play a critical role in planning and delivering high-quality content for our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our engineering team to create and publish content on our GitHub platform. You will also be accountable for maintaining oversight of content performance, monitoring customer data, and driving quality improvements with stakeholders and contributors.

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Insider risk solutions
  • Communication compliance
  • Data classification dashboard
  • Auditing solutions

Requirements for the role include:

  • 3-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably in IT
  • Experience working with GitHub and writing in markdown
  • Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or Computer Science (or related field)
