PSCI is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician II to join our team in Orlando, FL.

In this role, you will contribute to the maintenance and repair of a variety of electronic equipment within a specialized technical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute a range of tasks encompassing electronics, mechanics, electromechanics, and optics.
  • Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain complex equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.
  • Operate specialized equipment, conduct tests, and meticulously record data in a standardized format.
  • Perform calibration and alignment checks, implement adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed. Prepare specific compounds and solutions when required.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working within fabrication environments, including cable and harness assembly.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SMT board fabrication or the maintenance of military-grade products.
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years of soldering experience.
  • Prior certification in both soldering and harness techniques.
Desired Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Ability to fabricate electrical test equipment designs based on provided blueprints.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, bills of materials, and engineering practice manuals as guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey issues related to design or process requirements to management and/or design engineers.
