Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting plasma center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate donor reactions and respond accordingly
- Manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required
- Support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees
- Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
- Satisfactorily complete FDA-approved training requirements
- Two years in a clinical or hospital setting
