  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the waste management industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trade or technical school certificate or degree in a related field.
  • CDL certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Experience with air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
