About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our clients, working in a collaborative environment with a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a therapist in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
