Thriveworks Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks in Framingham, MA. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our clients, working in a collaborative environment with a team of experienced clinicians.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PhD/PsyD)
  • Must be living in the state in which they will be practicing
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions
