Thriveworks Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks in Framingham, MA. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients.

Qualifications:
  • Must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
Responsibilities:
  • Provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Participate in a true partnership with our team
  • See couples and/or children, with support provided
  • Be open to growing into leadership roles or supervisors
  • Complete notes within 24 hours
  • Exhibit strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working together to professionally develop
