Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients. You will work closely with our support team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts:

  • LICSW or LMFT or LMHC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

You must also be licensed and living in the state in which you will be practicing.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a minimum of 15 sessions per week
  • Working collaboratively with our support team to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our clients
  • Being open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support)
  • Being willing to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
  • Completing your notes within 24 hours
  • Exhibiting strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
  • Being a team player and working collaboratively with our team to professionally develop
