Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple locations within the healthcare facility, engaging in various tasks related to Patient Access Services (PAS), including call center operations, direct patient interactions, and bedside assistance.
- Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and third-party payers, maintaining a professional demeanor even in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong public relations skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
- Capability to make independent decisions and demonstrate emotional maturity.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding and medical terminology.
Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in managing a variety of operating procedures and ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity and time management.

Shift Details:
- Typical hours are from 4:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including patient registration in the emergency reception area.
