Position Summary:
Oversee daily operations within the window cleaning sector, ensuring efficient scheduling and distribution of tasks while confirming the completion of all assignments weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise inventory management of window cleaning tools and verify their operational status.
- Coordinate work for both commercial and residential accounts, liaising with client representatives.
- Manage financial transactions including payments and deposits.
- Lead a team of cleaners, conducting performance evaluations, implementing disciplinary actions, and recognizing achievements.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new window cleaning staff.
- Facilitate weekly safety training sessions for cleaning personnel and maintain records of any safety incidents.
- Strategically build a commercial client base through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
- Set and achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Perform window cleaning duties as required.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting weights up to 60 lbs.
- Proficient in repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
- Able to work with arms elevated.
- Competent in bending and squatting to ground level.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures from 0 to 110 degrees.
- Ability to assemble, lift, and climb ladders up to 37 feet.
