Job Overview

Position Summary:
Oversee daily operations related to window cleaning services, ensuring effective scheduling and distribution of tasks while confirming the completion of all assigned work orders weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the inventory of window cleaning tools and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Manage both commercial and residential accounts, liaising with client representatives to maintain service quality.
- Handle financial transactions, including payments and deposits, ensuring accurate processing.
- Lead a team of cleaners, conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new window cleaning staff.
- Conduct weekly safety training sessions for cleaning personnel and maintain documentation of any safety incidents.
- Strategically build a commercial client base through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
- Set and achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Perform window cleaning tasks as necessary.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Proficient in repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
- Able to work with arms elevated.
- Comfortable bending and squatting to ground level.
- Able to work in a range of temperatures from 0 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Competent in assembling, lifting, and climbing ladders up to 37 feet.

- Previous experience in a management role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire team performance.

- Ability to train and mentor others.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must possess liability car insurance.
- Must have a mobile phone for communication and navigation purposes.
- Proficiency in computer use is necessary and will be assessed.
