Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Work with the HR team to investigate employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Partner with leaders to promote high-performance through coaching and constructive feedback
  • Stay current on state and federal employment laws and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong knowledge of Employee/Labor Relations
  • Solid human resources generalist skills, especially in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, labor law, and labor relations
  • Ability to influence and coach employees and business leaders
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills
