Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the People & Culture department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, processing pre-employment checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including enrolling new employees in training courses and maintaining personnel files.
  • Support training coordination, organizing materials, and scheduling training rooms.
  • Participate in human resource projects and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of general office experience, preferably in human resources.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with large server-based systems.
