Job Summary

The Title Clerk performs a wide range of administrative and office support duties associated with vehicle documentation, such as taxes, titles, registrations, license plates, and other legal transfer documents regarding vehicle sales or owner information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
  • Help with vehicle inventory control and maintain accurate records
  • Manage contractual documentation with financial institutions
  • Provide timely and accurate reports and reconcile schedules weekly
  • Build relationships and communicate with dealership personnel
  • Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner
  • Observe all Federal, Local and Company policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Process all dealer trade worksheets necessary for transferring units to related parties/other dealers
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • CVR Certified
  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Professional and dependable
  • Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Available Monday - Friday 5-8 and Saturdays 9-5
