We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our computer systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into the company database and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
