Job Title: Insurance Brokerage Account Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Brokerage Account Management Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Tasks:
  • Manage Client Accounts: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all client needs are addressed with excellence.
  • Develop Reports: Create comprehensive presentations and reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Utilize Employee Navigator for all aspects of benefits administration.
  • Policy Renewals: Manage policy renewals and claims with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management within the insurance sector.
  • Licenses: A current life and health license is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.
