Job Title

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Account Manager to join our team of professionals. This role will focus on managing group accounts, working closely with clients and producers to develop employee benefits strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail brokerage benefits expertise and an active Life & Health license. Tech-savvy individuals with experience in Microsoft Excel are highly preferred. Advanced designations such as CEBS or GBA are considered a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Generous PTO and work-life balance are also promoted.
