Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Precision Dental Implants and Oral Surgery. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and provide a positive first impression of our practice.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service to our patients and referring offices.
  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and the effective use of exam and treatment rooms.
  • Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
  • Assist patients as needed and provide support to our clinical team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to our high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with referring offices and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of medical office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic office skills, including typing and filing.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
