In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of resident living spaces, corridors, and shared areas.
- Operating various cleaning machinery
- Removing stains and performing floor maintenance including buffing, polishing, and waxing
- Cleaning and disinfecting floors and carpets
- Assisting in preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
- Ensuring resident and guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
- You may be called upon to assist during resident emergencies.
- Upholding a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Conducting general cleaning of resident apartments, hallways, and communal spaces.
- Managing waste disposal
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience? We provide training.
- Effective communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
- Capability to address practical challenges and adapt to varying situations.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor towards residents and coworkers.
