About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mechanical Service Sales Representative to join our team at Atlantic Constructors, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and service to our commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, owners, and property management decision makers to drive business growth and development.
  • Enhance business development through cold calling, prospecting, and networking to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Successfully close deals to promote business development and growth, focusing on selling heating and cooling system preventive maintenance packages and service agreements to commercial and industrial clients.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers to ensure seamless sales and service delivery.
  • Manage customer accounts, relationships, and exceed customer expectations to ensure secured sales performance.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Partner with the Service Sales team to maximize local territory account management consistent with ACI's strategic direction.
  • Provide customer base with viable solutions to decrease their overall operating expenses through system efficiency and energy conservation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferably in a construction environment).
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Commercial HVAC/mechanical and energy conservation.
  • Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen, and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a professional office environment and may require visits to construction sites.

Travel

May require infrequent travel (typically not overnight).
