Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Float Pool team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across various acute care units, including emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, and long-term care. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a great opportunity for variety and excitement in your work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients across various units, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty.
