RN - Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Float Pool to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in various units, including medical-surgical, telemetry, and intensive care.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient flow.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a float pool or similar setting.
- National certification in a relevant specialty, such as critical care or medical-surgical nursing.
