RN - Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across various acute care units, including emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, and long-term care. This is a part-time position with a variety of shifts available.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in various units, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
