Job Title: RN - Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, WA.

Job Summary:

The Float Pool RN provides high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of our Float Pool team, you will have the opportunity to work in various acute care units, including emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, and long-term care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, and long-term care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
