Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to manage all stages of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring successful delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, emphasizing value engineering. You will also implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites, conduct contract negotiations and define project scopes, maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members, and utilize construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project) for project tracking and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of project management experience in residential wood-frame construction. You should be proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management tools, possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills, and have the ability to work in an environment that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
