High-Level Construction Project Manager

LiRo-Hill is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Northern New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience managing complex construction projects, particularly in environmentally sensitive areas.
Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change order negotiation.
- Communicate directly with clients, contractors, design teams, stakeholders, and user groups.
- Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
- Monitor and track project budgets and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- At least 15 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrable successes in managing complex construction projects.
- Related credentials, such as Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), highly preferred.
- Previous experience with construction projects similar in nature to this role.
