We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead our team in Hackensack, NJ. This direct hire opportunity requires a Professional Survey License and offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

Job Description

The Survey Project Manager is responsible for overseeing budgets, resource utilization, and client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing land survey projects from start to finish, developing and implementing procedures to maximize efficiency, and participating in business development opportunities.

  • Manage multiple land survey projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional or management capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large-scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Geopack, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
