Job Title: Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team at Gro HR Consulting.

Job Summary:

The Family Law Attorney will provide legal representation on family law matters, including protective orders, custody issues, property settlements, and support orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family law and be able to provide legal advocacy, information, and referral to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal consultations on family law matters
  • Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings
  • Advise clients on family law matters, including protective orders, custody issues, property settlements, and support orders
  • Network with civil and criminal justice officials and law enforcement to facilitate client and community response
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and community organizations to provide comprehensive support to clients
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
  • License to practice law in the state of Texas
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in a family law setting
  • Strong understanding of family law and related procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
