Position Summary

Ignite Positive Changes, LLC is seeking enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapists to become part of our dedicated and skilled team of Physical, Occupational, and Behavioral Therapists.

We provide services to children and families in various settings, including clinics, homes, and through innovative therapies such as hippotherapy. Our facilities are designed to create a nurturing environment that integrates the therapeutic benefits of nature and animals.

The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to work across multiple locations, with availability during after-school hours. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, allowing for the management of your own caseload while contributing to a growing non-profit organization focused on making a positive impact on children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-assessments for children aged birth to 18 years with diverse diagnoses.
  • Implement treatment plans collaboratively, focusing on the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License in Oregon.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Availability for afternoon and early evening hours.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
