As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to COPA's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and COPA's standards of care.
- Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage vaccine inventory and oversee medical supply and inventory management at each clinic.
- Provide on-call support to the Clinical Operations Team and vaccine alarm coverage during assigned shifts.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon and license must be in good standing; BSN preferred.
- Current CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
- Minimum of three years pediatric nursing experience required, and telephone triage preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse population.
- Superior nursing process skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to make independent nursing judgments and prioritize workload.
- Knowledge of community services; ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Work inside in a general medical office setting with ergonomically configured equipment.
- The employee is subject to hazards including a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to mechanical parts and chemicals including odors.
- The employee has been identified as having the likelihood of occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials, therefore are included in the OSHA Exposure Control Plan with specification for preventing contact with the above materials.
