Job Summary:

The Head of People and Culture will play a critical role in shaping HR practices across North America. Reporting to the Global HR Vice President, this position will partner with senior leadership to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and workforce development solutions tailored to regional and local needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering trust, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention strategies that meet organizational needs and market trends.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance inclusion, recognition, and alignment with company values, creating a workplace where employees thrive.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across North America, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical standards.
  • Lead digital transformation projects to optimize HR systems and workflows, leveraging technology for operational efficiency.
  • Represent North America in global HR initiatives and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, including 4+ years managing multiple locations or regions.
  • Proven success in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
  • Multinational organization experience with expertise in regional and global HR processes.

Compensation:

A competitive salary of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
