Property Manager

At Tesoro Group, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our apartment community, ensuring a fiscally sound, well-maintained, and socially healthy environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of resident and tenant relations, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, inspections, snow removal, and other operations.
- Walk the property at regular intervals to ensure property rules are being followed and that the property is clean and orderly and in good maintenance condition.
- Meet Company benchmarks for occupancy, rent collections, and timely compliance paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local housing laws.
- Assist with subsidy administration in accordance with HUD rules and regulations.
- At least 4 years' experience in affordable property management.
- Knowledge of government subsidy programs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Excel.
- Yardi experience is required.
- Ability to pass a Kari Koskinen background check before employment.
