Job Title: Senior Technical Architect

RTX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Services department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced technical solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement full stack technical architectures for classified digital services
  • Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to gather complex requirements and translate them into sophisticated technical solutions
  • Ensure all architectural solutions adhere to classified project security requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
  • Provide senior-level technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including high-level design specifications, detailed diagrams, and rigorous security guidelines

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 3 years experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development and technical architecture, with at least 1 year in a classified environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level full stack solutions
  • Proficiency in various architectural methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to apply them to real-world scenarios
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, React, Angular, Java, Python, and database management systems
