About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator III to join our team at Bruker. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Process and prepare orders for delivery, including coordinating with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other functional areas.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.
  • Provide remote support for other business sites as needed.
  • Perform routine audits to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution and Material Movement modules is preferred.
  • Knowledge of export compliance regulations is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, manufacturing environment.
What We Offer

As a Logistics Coordinator III at Bruker, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,423.00/yr. to $74,000.00/yr., as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off.
