About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Branch Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and completing orders, and ensuring a safe and efficient delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
  • Load and unload products from deliveries
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Assist in planning delivery schedule to optimize unit efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must have at least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Sherwin-Williams Automotive Branch
  • Experience using material handling equipment
  • High School diploma or GED
