Job Summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with our fleet of heavy duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and body component issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Utilize vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and equipment
  • Collaborate with coworkers to ensure efficient and safe maintenance and repair operations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in heavy duty vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Ability to obtain 7 ASE certifications or equivalent within 36 months
  • CDL Class B preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Clear understanding of OSHA safety requirements for vehicle fleets
