Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Allergy Partners. As a member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

About the Role

This position offers an estimated salary of $62,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Support:
  • Provide nursing care for patients, including escorting them from the waiting room to exam rooms, taking vital signs, and preparing them for exams or treatments.
  • Assist physicians with exams and procedures as needed.
  • Perform spirometry and other breathing tests as ordered by physicians.
  • Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including sterilization.
  • Provide patient education on allergies and treatment options.
  • Complete accurate documentation in patient medical records.
  • Facilitate prescriptions and allergy testing as ordered by physicians.
  • Maintain emergency equipment and respond to emergencies as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Document patient interactions and follow up on referrals and insurance authorizations as needed.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of practice management software and other computer systems.
  • Attend training programs on CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, and OIG policies as required.
  • Participate in professional development activities and attend regular meetings.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license to practice in the state employed or compact state.
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a clinical setting.
  • Understanding of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
