Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized plans for care.
  • Conduct medical record reviews and provide assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as paid vacation time and holidays. Our team is committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
