    • Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the dispensary.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
    • Manage the inventory levels and ensure that the dispensary is always stocked with a variety of products.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or retail management.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Must be 21 years or older.
    • Must pass all required background checks.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
    • Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
