- Oversee the daily operations of the dispensary, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the dispensary.
- Customer Service and Experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure that all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
- Manage the inventory levels and ensure that the dispensary is always stocked with a variety of products.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and track key performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
- Provide regular reports to management on dispensary performance.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
