Job Summary

Specialized Needs Recreation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of programs within the organization, ensuring efficient and timely communication of activities, and maintaining a positive and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute program calendars and ensure timely communication of activities
  • Oversee daily operations, coordinate program activities, and set priorities for managing the program
  • Maintain vehicles and ensure they are safely maintained
  • Initiate TeamSnap communication for parents and guardians
  • Suggest and recommend program expenses within the program budget
  • Provide a positive, healthy, and safe work environment
  • Maintain data records on monthly program attendance and billing
  • Maintain strong working relationships with community groups, volunteers, and other organizations
  • Actively procure donations and items to reduce program expenses and raise funds for the organization
  • Work closely with the Executive Director to identify and execute opportunities for program and organizational growth
  • Ensure services offered by the organization contribute to the mission and reflect the Board's priorities
  • Assist with marketing and outreach to the community
  • Involve in gift requests from potential donors

Work Environment

Approx. Hours per Week: 35-40 Hours/salaried full-time

Pay Range $40,000-48,000
