The Guest Services Representative is the primary point of contact for guests, delivering outstanding hospitality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes using our property management system while accurately collecting and securing necessary information.
  • Processing payments and handling financial transactions with precision.
  • Assessing guest needs and offering comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities to foster a comfortable experience. Promptly addressing all guest inquiries.
  • Managing reservations through incoming calls, ensuring a high level of service, and accurately entering all details into the hotel management system. Modifying and canceling reservations as per guest requests.
  • Typical Work Schedule: Morning Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM, Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend availability is essential.

  • Experience in customer service, particularly in a hospitality environment.
  • Familiarity with Hilton brand standards is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including property management systems, WORD, and EXCEL is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, subject to company approval.
