Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales initiatives and market entry strategies for new business ventures.
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop strategies for converting single-game purchasers into season ticket holders and group sales.
  • Work alongside analytics teams to qualify and distribute sales leads effectively.
  • Establish best practices for sales training, aiming to enhance the sales processes of representatives.
  • Participate in sales meetings with team members as necessary.
  • Achieve or surpass individual and team annual sales objectives.
  • Actively seek and follow up on new leads through referrals, networking, and business outreach.
  • Engage in community networking events to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture business relationships to drive organizational revenue growth.
  • Forge strong connections within the corporate community at both local and national levels.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, to analyze, acquire, and implement strategic partnerships aligned with organizational goals.

  • Maintain and manage prospective client lists, providing accurate sales forecasts and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in relationship building and networking, with a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive in prospecting and highly motivated to excel in sales.
  • Comfortable delivering face-to-face sales presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be open to coaching and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Pro-venue is advantageous.
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and holidays.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in a relevant field, including at least 2-3 years in a management capacity.
