Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Management:
    Serve as the primary contact for vendors concerning invoicing and payment inquiries.
  • Invoice Processing:
    Review and approve invoices for timely payment.
  • Liaison Role:
    Act as a bridge between store-level operations and the Shared Services Center.
  • Compliance:
    Execute SOX controls as required.
  • Monthly Review:
    Conduct thorough reviews of invoices and perform aging exception analysis.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
    Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Audit Support:
    Assist in quarterly and annual audits by conducting research and providing necessary documentation.
  • Month-End Closing:
